Have you ever given someone a hug and just felt like
you could stand there forever . . . melting . . . falling into
the person you are hugging . . . ?

And, by contrast, have you ever given someone a hug
where it felt like hugging a rock on legs?

Are those two experiences different? Then you know
what I mean when I talk about energy. Those are two
totally different energetic experiences—two totally
different “energies.”

It can be that simple.

Imagine yourself walking in a deep, deep forest.
There are no roads, just trails made by elves and fairies.
The sunbeams are tainted green by the roof of leaves.
You walk on this living Earth, and it is softness under
your feet. There is a single woodpecker knocking
softly at your heart while you breathe in the scent of
summer . . . .

Now close your eyes and stand still for a second, here in
the forest.

How you be?

The forest has no judgments of you, and no reality to
validate. It is one of the places where Being comes easy.

Now close your eyes again and walk down the main
street of your hometown, or through the office where
you work . . . or up the stairs to your parents’ home.

Is there a difference in how you be?

What is that? What would it be like if your town and
everyone in it, would receive you with no judgment, as
the forest does? Who—and how—could you choose to
be then?

It is one of the greatest limitations that we have imposed on ourselves.

Just be aware of that.

What you might realize is that by choosing to change,
you are going to be an invitation for the people that desire change.

Even if it changes your connection with them.
Notice I am saying change. It will be different.
It may or may not mean you lose them.

The people that don’t desire change will often just leave,
or make you wrong and separate from you.

The people that truly desire change will not make it your fault.
They will go: “Wow what are you doing?
You are so different. Can I have some of that?”

Oh, and you might ponder this:
Who would you rather play with, and who would
you rather put your time, energy, and attention on?

Those that are resistant to you changing—
or those that are inspired by you changing?

What would it take for us to be aware of that and choose to function from that awareness? Do u suppose anything would change???

Have you noticed that there seem to be more natural events (that some would call “disasters”) occurring lately? Is it possible the Earth is trying to show us something or get us to look at something? Maybe it’s trying to get us to look from a different place?

What question can we ask of the Earth to find out what it’s telling us? And what contribution can we be that would allow all of us to hear it? The Earth is speaking, but we haven’t trained ourselves to listen. What if you asked right now, “Earth, what are you trying to tell us or get us to see?”

And, then, what if you asked, “What contribution can I be to both the Earth and the people affected by these natural events?”

Maybe the Earth is telling us it’s time for something different…

One of the coolest and most simple tools in Access Consciousness is called WHO DOES THIS BELONG TO? What if 99 % of your feelings, thought and emotions didn’t belong to you? Even on a Mondday morning? And what if you could return them to sender?
