Discover a worldwide movement inspired by the tools of Dr. Dain Heer, inviting people everywhere to step out of judgment and into possibility.
What if the world changes when you choose to be you?
WHAT´S THE
INTERNATIONAL BEING YOU DAY?
International Being You Day is a global celebration held every year on June 22, dedicated to honoring the uniqueness of every individual and empowering people to embrace who they truly are – without judgment, without apology.
Through events, conversations, tools, and shared experiences, people are invited to:
- choose authenticity over approval
- honor what makes them different
- create a life that actually works for them
This isn’t about self-improvement. It’s about self-allowance/self-permission.
-
WHY IT EXISTS
Because most of us learned to:
- fit in instead of stand out
- perform instead of live
- judge ourselves instead of trust ourselves
Being You Day exists as a global pause… and a new choice.
What becomes possible when people are free to be themselves?
-
A MOVEMENT
Being You Day is part of a growing global conversation inspired by the work of Dr. Dain Heer and the Being You tools used by facilitators, practitioners, and everyday people worldwide.
Every year it shows up through:
- free global events
- local gatherings
- online explorations
- personal acts of courage and authenticity
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
HOW IT BEGAN
The movement was born from the international best-selling book Being You, Changing the World by Dr. Dain Heer, a globally renowned author, speaker, and co-creator of Access Consciousness.
What started as a deeply personal journey of transformation for Dain—after nearly ending his life—became a lifeline for millions around the world seeking hope, change, and the freedom to be themselves.
From that book, a ripple effect began.
Over the years, the message of Being You has expanded into classes, events in 176+ countries, and now a global awareness day recognized by people from all walks of life.
