REMINDER OF SOME KEY TOOLS

    • THE CLEARING STATEMENT

      What if a few weird words could totally change your life? If you are around people who have done any Access Consciousness classes or telecalls, you are likely to hear them say this weird thing that sounds totally like a foreign language, or maybe you won’t even hear it because your brain has just turned into mush! (In case you’re wondering… this is a really good thing – it means the clearing statement is working its magic on you).


    • ASK QUESTIONS

      Questions are designed to take you out of the impossible and into the possible. Even in a situation like this!

      • What’s right about this I’m (or we are) not getting?
      • How does it get any better than this?
      • What else is actually possible here?

    Here is the trick! You are not necessarily looking for a verbal answer. You are looking to get your brain to change track from the solidity of the impossible into a flexible space of what is truly possible.


    • DON’T BUY THE LIES

      You know that gut feeling you have about things? The one that makes you feel kind of heavy sometimes? And that gives you giddy butterflies other times? What if that is actually a very reliable guide in life?

      What’s true will always make you feel better and lighter. What’s a lie will always make you feel worse.

    Ask: Does this make me feel better or worse when I watch it, read it, or hear it?

    If it is worse – STOP! Stop reading, watching, or listening. What’s true will always make you feel better, feel lighter. What’s a lie will always make you feel worse.


    • IS THAT PANIC YOURS?

      Most of us are picking up on the thoughts, feelings, and emotions of everyone around us. All the darn time! And right now, a lot of those thoughts and feelings are about what’s going wrong and why we all should panic.

      But fear and panic are designed to distract us and to make us run around in circles.

    That stops us from getting to what’s actually going and from knowing what is true for us.

    When that sense of overwhelm, fear or panic sneaks in, ask: “Who does this belong to?” or “Is this mine?” 

If you feel better, if things lighten up in any way, it is most likely NOT YOURS. What if you are just aware of the world around you? In your head, return the thought, feeling, or emotion to whoever you picked it up from? Then choose what to do based on what is true for you.
