How much have you been trying to avoid:
💥everything that seems uncomfortable?

…as if that’s the only choice?

Here’s a recipe to never be able to have ease or change something:
- avoid it in the moment, every time it comes up.
- Create walls of judgment about what is bad and wrong and hide everything behind it so you never have to look at it or be vulnerable with it.

Hence the state of the world we live in.
This is what most people are taught and subconsciously institute in their lives.

But the one thing that will change it is YOU, being present with it - being willing to look at it.

What if the uncomfortable things are the keys to unlocking everything??

Our bodies are begging us to hear this and choose this — to THRIVE.
