You see, how you talk to yourself matters… Like a LOT.

Your point of view creates your reality, and, well, your reality is kinda important.

When you start to change how you talk to yourself, you change your whole experience of reality.

Here are some examples on how you can start asking empowering questions instead of maintaining judgment and conclusions!

✨ I can’t.
What if I can?

✨ I’m stuck.
What if I’m aware of another possibility?

✨ I don’t know.
What DO I KNOW about this?

✨ I’m overwhelmed.
What if I am even bigger than this?

✨ I don’t have time.
What requires my attention right away?

✨ I messed up.
What is the gift in this?

✨ I’m afraid.
What am I excited about?

✨ I’m lost.
What lights me up and brings me joy?

✨ I’m not ready. 
What if I can handle anything? wha

✨ It’s too late for me.
What’s the first step I can take now?

✨ I can’t change.
What small change can I make today?
