5 Things I Wish Everyone Knew They Could Change

Hi friend!

Have you noticed that so often, we tell ourselves that parts of our lives are unchangeable?

• How we feel about ourselves.
• The patterns in our relationships.
• How we relate to our bodies.
• The way we’re creating our lives.
• Or the belief that being different is “wrong.”

But … what if none of that is true?

In my Being You, Changing the World book and classes, I share invitations to shift each of those — starting with a question or awareness you can try right now.

Here’s a gentle reminder of some of those tools:

• How you feel about yourself
What if you’re not as messed up as you think you are?
Start by asking — What’s right about me that I’m not getting?

• Your relationships
Start with allowance – it creates space.
What if you let them (and you!) be who you are?

• Your body
Start by acknowledging your body has awareness.
Ask — Body, what do you know?

• The way you create your life
You don’t have to live from survival.
Ask — What can I choose today that would create a different possibility, and create the life I’d like to have?

• Being different
Being different is not a wrongness – it’s a gift.
Here’s a new point of view — what if your “too much” or “not enough” is actually where your magic lives?

So, my friend – what if you are far less limited and stuck than you’ve believed?
And what if there is so much more is possible when you’re willing to be you?

Thank you for being here – beautiful you!

Until we meet again.
