Hi wind.

Hi trees.

Hi dung-beetles. Hi birds. Hi mountains. Hi rain. Hi red soil. Hi lion.

Hi sleeping lion on wet warm red soil….

Yes, I am still in Africa… And with every breath, the communion that is possible with Earth becomes more and more apparent.

In this installment of the Tour of Consciousness, I would like to teach you a body process that you can do anytime, on anyone, together with this beautiful planet of ours.

It is called Restoration of Communion with Earth.
