Recently, I had the pleasure of being interviewed on the PakMag Parents Podcast, where host Bree James and I explored the topic of Nurturing Our Children’s Mental Health.
We can all acknowledge that the last two years have been extremely difficult for so many people, nationwide, worldwide!
Thankfully, many people are reaching out and getting help; and at the same time our young people, who may be most at risk, seem to be the least likely to do so.
In the podcast, Bree and I discuss some of the tools that have helped me most during some of the toughest times of my life, and what we can start to contribute to our kids that will allow them to have more ease with the world as we find it today.
What would change in the world if we began to teach kids and young people the value of their awareness and what they know?
And if you’d like to know more about some of the other resources we spoke about during this podcast, find more below:
Grateful for you and for you taking the space to explore this with me!
