Is there a way to have everything you want?

Here are 3 essential tools you can use to create the life you desire:

1. It all starts with gratitude.

How much do you judge you? How much do you look at your life, compare it to others around you and decide there must be something wrong with you? Why not try some gratitude for you instead?

Gratitude is the anecdote to judgment. You can’t be grateful for you and in judgment of you at the same time. What about you are you grateful for? Take a moment to acknowledge what you have chosen and what you have created. Take a moment, every single day, to say thank you to you.

I recommend starting a gratitude journal and every day write 3-5 things that you are grateful for. The things we put our attention on grow bigger. When you write down the things that contribute to your life, when you acknowledge the brilliance of you, not only do you feel better, more of what you are grateful for starts to show up.

2. Questions open doors to new possibilities.

Asking questions is key to having everything you desire in your life. Whether you are happy with your life right now, a little, a lot or not all, start asking, “How does it get any better than this?” When you ask how it gets better, it does. Asking the question opens the door to possibilities you may not have considered yet.

Another great question to ask is “What else is possible?” If you have concluded that something has to be a certain way, then nothing new can show up. When you start asking, “What else is possible?” you become aware of options you have not considered before.

You may have heard of this little thing called ask and receive. Having everything you desire starts with asking. What do you want? Start asking for it. You can ask, “What would it take for ______ to show up? What would it take for it to show up with ease?” Ask questions, ask for what you desire and then be willing to receive.

3. Change your mind, change your life

Our point of view creates our reality. Our reality does not create our point of view. If you have the point of view that you have to work hard for money, for example, then you will work hard for every penny you earn. However, if you have the point of view that money comes to you easily, then that will happen too. Your point of view creates your reality. Change your point of view, change your reality.

Changing your point of view can be simple. Every time you notice a point of view that you have, say, “Interesting point of view. I have that point of view.” Keep saying it until you notice a shift. What happens when you say this is that point of view that you have been whole-heartedly believing becomes simply interesting. And if it is just interesting, you can easily choose another one. What if your point of view was that life was ease-filled and full of joy? You might even try saying “All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory.” What would having that point of view create for you and your life?

Having the life you desire doesn’t have to be difficult. Stop judging you and practice gratitude for you instead. Ask questions continuously. Let go of the points of view that are not assisting you with creating the life you would like to have. And last but not least, CHOOSE. Every choice you make creates. What choice can you make today to move towards all that you desire?
