Today is something called Global Suicide Prevention Day and I have one message for all of you: YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Yes, I so get it may feel like you are the most alone person in the universe right now. And that it will never change. I know that is what it was like for me.

And it is a lie, one of the biggest ones we’ve ever bought.

I talk about that in this special edition of the Tour of Consciousness.

If you are having a hard time right now, please know, I do not assume to understand what is going on for you, and I don’t have the answers for how to fix it.

What I do know is that some of the tools we have in Access Consciousness could possibly help you.
